8 Things you Need for Cross Country

Athletic Physical turned into the athletic office (Downstairs)

Training shoes, shorts, t-shirt, watch & water bottle
-
Meet at the BVSW Track on time and ready to workout (we wont push you harder then you are ready)
-
Follow all rules, procedures & meet the expectations of the coaches with your behavior & actions at all times

Parents can pick up athletes at the location of practice or at the school an hour to an hour and half after practice starts
-
Plan to practice or race 6 days a week & communicate any future absences to the coaches! If not it might result in missing races

Be open minded & HAVE FUN! Cross Country is MORE then just running

Everything else are details that will be filled in later.
